1. Turn on the Real-Feel Heartbeat®.
2. Insert the heartbeat and a Snuggle Puppy overnight heat pack into the belly pouch.
3. Place the Snuggle Puppy in your pet's crate or bed.
The combination of warmth and intimacy mimics a mother and littermates, naturally calming your pet.
Yes! The Snuggle Puppy is machine washable. Important: You must remove the Real-Feel Heartbeat® and the heat pack from the belly pouch before washing. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air drying.
Safety is our top priority. Snuggle Puppy is made from durable materials and safety-tested for pet use. The heat packs are all-natural, non-toxic, and odorless. However, as with any toy, we recommend monitoring your pet during the first few uses, especially if they are a heavy chewer.
First, remove the plastic battery tab. Then, choose your mode:
- Standard Mode (8 Hours): Press the button once. The heart beats for 8 hours and automatically restarts whenever it detects motion.
- Advanced Mode (Continuous): Press and hold for 5 seconds. The heart runs continuously while sensing motion, pauses after 30 minutes of stillness, and wakes up instantly when moved.
- To Turn Off: Press and hold the button for 5-7 seconds until the pulsing stops.
We recommend using only genuine Snuggle Puppy heat packs. Ours are specifically formulated to maintain a safe, consistent temperature for pets. Standard "hand warmers" often get too hot for animals and typically only last a couple hours, leaving your puppy cold in the middle of the night.
Absolutely. While it's a "must-have" for puppies, the Snuggle Puppy is highly effective for dogs of all ages dealing with separation anxiety, fireworks, thunderstorms, or transitioning to a new home.
