I am very pleased with this toy. I have two Mastiffs that are hard on toys. I wanted something that made a noise and would hold up to rough play. Have had this now for several months they still play with it and there is nothing ripped or wearing out. The white underside gets a little dirty looking but to be honest that is the only negative I can find.
