I love this hippo. And so did my dog. Did, as in past tense, bc hippo already went up in a cloud of stuffing. BUT, I will buy this again bc it is very tough for a soft toy. My dog loved his hippo & trotted around w it proudly for 3 weeks. It definitely lasted the longest of any stuffed toy he’s had.

Our German Short Hair Pointer loves this toy. She’s 62 lbs and with a strong prey drive and has not been able to chew through this one yet. It’s a bit on the larger size compared to others we’ve purchased, very durable and probably one of the only ones that still has its squeaker. Worth the price!

I have a chocolate lab and an English golden and they love to disembowel all their toys. These have lasted for three months of loving and tug of war. Stuffing just started coming out of the hippo, manatee still has all flippers, tails and guts. Amazing!
